Ferguson Transport & Shipping as Port Managers for Kishorn Port and Dry Dock, are currently recruiting for a Chef / Cook to provide temporary cover. The shift pattern for this role is typically 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, although all availability will be considered for this cover.
Duties will include:
1. Overseeing all catering requirements for clients and delegates for Kishorn Port
2. Creating and implementing menus for breakfast, lunch and evening meals
3. Ensuring that food hygiene, safety standards and cleanliness levels are kept to a high standard at all times
4. Maintaining stock levels, minimising waste and placing orderd
Previous experience of working in a kitchen is required along with relevant food hygiene certification.
