Capel Grange Residential Home is a 38 bed care home providing 24 hr Residential / Dementia care.
We are located off the main Maidstone Road in Five Oak Green.
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our fantastic team.

Requirements
Minimum of level 2 Health & Social care Diploma or willing to work towards a level 3 in Health and social care.
Previous experience in care essential. Full Training given to the right candidate.
Highly Motivated and Positive and a passionate about delivering a high quality of care,
Excellent Communication skills.
Ability to lead a team to a high standard.
A Cheerful, compassionate, caring nature and the ability to build trusting relationships with your care team, residents and families. Strong understanding of person-centred care planning and risk management tailored to individual residents.
Responsibilities
Leading and supervising your shift. To administer medication in a person centred way.
To liaise with external professionals to discuss and raise any health needs of the residents.
To communicate with the team any information required.
To communicate with Care manager and deputy any concerns relating to residents, visitors and staff.
To be aware of residents individual needs.
To ensure that person centred care is delivered respecting the individual's rights of choice, privacy and dignity.
Complete and maintain necessary daily record.
To complete competencies and Audits. Understand and maintain confidentiality at all times.
To adhere to all of the companies Policies and Procedures.
Attend training as required.
