Safeguarding Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Safeguarding Manager to join our team. As the designated safeguarding lead, you will act as the main source of support, advice, and expertise for safeguarding within the organization.
This strategic leadership role requires effective leadership to embed safeguarding best practices within all teams. You will advise and support the senior team in developing and establishing the organisation's approach to safeguarding.
You will be responsible for leading and coordinating peer reviews of safeguarding practice, creating, developing, and implementing a Safeguarding Improvement Plan for the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant health/social care professional qualification (e.g., Social Work) and a proven track record in safeguarding practice.
