You will need to be confident or willing to learn how to solve problems, make decisions and escalate concerns appropriately.

You will deliver individualised, holistic care to a diverse population, acknowledging the needs of the patient and family. You must be skilled in communication so that you are able to fulfil this requirement effectively. As a band 6 you will be required to utilise your assessment skills to assess, monitor and prioritise patient care. Working with the medical team you will ensure patients receive the care they need in an appropriate time scale.
