Are you a real estate solicitor looking to take the next step in your career? A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Investment Solicitor to join its Bristol office, working closely with a leading partner in a well established team.
You will become part of a supportive and knowledgeable department recognised for its strength in the real estate market. This role offers excellent exposure to high quality investment work and the opportunity to work alongside respected practitioners on complex and high value transactions.
The position will focus on real estate investment matters, including acquisitions and disposals, asset management, landlord and tenant work, and portfolio transactions. You will act for a range of investors and other commercial clients, advising on strategic and technical property issues while building strong client relationships.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious solicitor who is keen to play a key role in a growing Bristol team and to work directly with a leading partner on significant matters.
Required
Two plus years’ post qualification experience in real estate, ideally with a focus on investment work.
