Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking to make a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Were looking for a commercially minded finance professional to partner with site leadership and drive performance and growth.
About the Role
Youll play a key role in supporting operational and financial performance across a busy manufacturing site producing up to 900k packs per week, with annual sales exceeding £50m.
Working closely with operations and central finance teams, youll provide insight, challenge, and support to improve efficiency, control costs, and drive profitability.
What Youll Be Doing
* Delivering actionable insights on daily and weekly performance
* Partnering with operations to improve efficiencies and reduce costs
* Supporting product costing and new business opportunities
* Producing accurate weekly and monthly accounts
* Driving cost control and margin improvement initiatives
* Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management
