Job Title: Social Media Marketing Assistant
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
Salary: £24,100 per annum with an OTE of £26,000
Location: Head Office, Nantwich (Stapeley) Full-time office-based

You will work closely with the marketing team and Marketing Managers to execute campaigns, analyse data and optimise strategies to enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and search engine marketing (SEM).
* Assist in the creation and editing of video content
* Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, monitor social media channels, and respond to comments and messages promptly
* Assist in the creation of email marketing campaigns, including writing copy, designing templates, and segmenting email lists
* Prepare monthly reports on social media campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media
* Assist with any general marketing or brand events as requested
Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is desirable
* 1-2 years of experience in a hands-on social media role would be preferable
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and advertising platforms (e.g. Meta Ads Manager)
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field
