Chargeback Specialist - £14/hr
About the opening:
* £14/hr pay rate
* Hybrid work set-up based in Oxford
Responsibilities:
* Research and resolve customer chargebacks and disputes
* Communicate with payment processors, cardholders, and others as needed
* Apply bank and card industry regulations in resolving disputes
* Enter and maintain chargebacks in the management system
* Develop strong relationships with key partners
Qualifications:
* 1+ years experience managing chargebacks or payment disputes
* Prior experience supporting the merchant side of disputes
* Ability to work independently and with multiple deadlines
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good communication skills
