🚀 Product Manager - CRO & SEO
⏳ 6 Month Contract

📍Location: London - Hybrid - Office 2 days/week
We need a data-driven, results-focused Product Manager to lead Conversion Rate Optimisation and support SEO initiatives across our clients digital journeys. This is a 6 month contract role where you’ll help shape impactful experiments, refine user experiences, and drive measurable growth across key digital funnels.

đź’ˇ The Role:
You’ll own the CRO strategy from end to end, working closely with designers, marketers, and engineers to test, learn, and optimise their digital experiences. From designing A/B tests in platforms like Optimizely to overseeing SEO improvement plans, you’ll combine analytical rigour with user-first thinking to unlock real impact.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Leading CRO strategy across digital channels to drive conversion and lifetime value
* Running A/B and multivariate testing (hypothesis → launch → insight)
* Collaborating with UX/UI designers to deliver meaningful test experiences
* Interpreting data to inform testing roadmaps and strategic priorities
* Partnering with engineers to implement SEO audit recommendations
* Aligning with marketing teams on performance goals and measurement
* Owning KPIs and reporting on revenue and customer impact
🔍 About You:
We’re looking for someone who can confidently take ownership, deliver quickly, and turn data into action. With that in mind you will need to bring:
* Exceptional hands-on product management experience in CRO
* Strong knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and tools (Optimizely preferable but not essential)
* Analytical skills to interpret test results and commercial performance
* Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly
* A growth mindset, experimentation mentality, and customer-first approach
* Experience managing SEO projects and collaborating with marketing/engineering
* Availability to work 2 days per week in London
