Associate Director CRE Loans, London £75,000 - £85,000 + Benefits The Associate Director, Credit & Asset Management will support the Senior Director in managing a portfolio of CRE (Commercial Real Estate) loans secured by UK and European commercial real estate investments for an institutional client. The Associate Director will collaborate with the client's in-house asset management and legal teams, reviewing finance documents before loan closing and throughout the loan's duration. The Associate Director will serve as a point of contact for day-to-day loan management and assist with creating financial models, tracking deliverables, and managing significant loan events. Responsibilities: Support the Senior Director in managing a Clients portfolio of CRE loans secured by UK and European real estate investments. Collaborate with the client's in-house asset management and legal teams, reviewing finance documents throughout the loan lifecycle. Provide ongoing support to the Senior Director and the client's origination team as needed. Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day management of each loan.
