Role Description
This part‑time 4 days per week on‑site Dental Nurse role is based in Maldon. Pay is negotiable and based on experience.
Responsibilities
* Assist dentists during clinical procedures, ensuring patient comfort and high standards of care.
* Prepare treatment rooms, support infection control procedures, and manage decontamination processes.
* Support patients during treatments such as dental care and orthodontic procedures.
* Record‑keeping, stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and professional working environment.
Qualifications
* Proficient in Dentistry and Dental Care, with a strong commitment to patient comfort and care.
* Skilled in Infection Control and Decontamination processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.
* Experience or knowledge in Orthodontics is preferred but not mandatory.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a professional and compassionate demeanor.
* Must hold a valid Dental Nursing qualification and GDC registration.
* Previous experience in a dental practice environment is advantageous.
* Commitment to ongoing learning and maintaining current knowledge of dental best practices.
