Overview
The Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the setting, ensuring high standards of childcare, staff leadership, and operational performance. This includes recruiting, leading, and managing staff as part of the wider organisation, as well as holding overall responsibility for the Centre's operational, administrative, and financial functions. The role requires the service to be delivered in a compliant, efficient, and financially sustainable manner, with a strong and consistent focus on safeguarding and child welfare.
Responsibilities

* Recruiting, leading, and managing staff as part of the wider organisation.
* Holding overall responsibility for the Centre's operational, administrative, and financial functions.
* Ensure the service is delivered in a compliant, efficient, and financially sustainable manner, with a strong and consistent focus on safeguarding and child welfare.
Qualifications
* Applicants must hold a CACHE Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Confident in liaising with parents and carers while effectively managing day-to-day operational matters.
* Proven experience supervising staff within a childcare setting and a sound understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
