Our client, a well-established property and real estate organization, is seeking an experienced Building Services Account Manager to oversee M&E / Facilities Management accounts in Central London. This role involves managing a high-profile commercial building, ensuring a 5-star service delivery across M&E maintenance, energy & sustainability, and soft services.

Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of approximately 25 staff, including supervisory, engineering, and facilities personnel
* Deliver planned and reactive M&E maintenance
* Engage with multiple stakeholders and liaise with on-site clients
* Ensure compliance through auditing and implement energy & sustainability initiatives
* Manage budgetary responsibilities for a circa £2.5 million P&L
* Identify opportunities for project works and succession planning
* Reduce Work In Progress (WIP) and ensure service excellence
Candidate Requirements:
* At least five years of experience managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in a commercial environment
* Experience managing Landlord Services or M&E/Total FM clients
* Strong man-management skills
* Desirable certifications: Institute of Leadership Management (Level 3-5), IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, MIBFM
