Staffline is recruiting a Driver Trainer and Compliance Officer in Colchester.
The rate of pay is up to £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
This is a full-time permanent role working fixed day shifts, and the hours of work are:
- 9am to 5:30pm
Your Time at Work
As a Driver Trainer and Compliance Officer, you will be working in accordance with the company values of Safe, Talented, Attentive, and Reliable. Other duties include:
- Provide support and advise all employees, including drivers, on compliance and Health and Safety.
- Monitor and assist all employees in completing their daily tasks.
- Deliver the CPC training and maintain accurate records to ensure all the required hours are completed prior to expiry dates, induct and train all new employees during the onboarding process
