At Veeno as a Sous chef:
- You will be assisting in the food preparation process
- Preparation of pizza, pasta and cured meats and cheeses
- Assisting chefs on daily duties requested
- Operates within the kitchen following our brand specs, company standards and food safety regulations
- Proud to work in an open kitchen displaying their skills in front of our guests
- Helping with deliveries, restocking, pot washing and cleaning of kitchen areas
- Placing orders, conducting stock takes, training new team members and keeping the kitchen cleanliness to the highest of standards
