Are you an experienced Call Centre / Contact Centre professional looking for a long-term opportunity? We’re recruiting a confident and organised Call Handler to join a busy team in the motor industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Making 60–80 outbound calls per day
* Checking whether vehicles have arrived onsite
* Confirming if diagnostics have been completed
* Updating spreadsheets and internal systems accurately
* Liaising with depots and teams to ensure smooth workflow
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous call centre/contact centre experience (essential)
* Motor industry experience is a bonus but not essential—full training provided.
* Strong communication and telephone skills
* Accurate data-entry and attention to detail
