Job summary
The Specialist Eating Disorders Service (SEDS, Forward Thinking Birmingham) is seeking to recruit a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist as part of its commitment to provide outstanding care and treatment for young people (aged 0-25) and families in Birmingham.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic therapist dedicated to working with young people and young adults with Eating Disorders, including ARFID.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide specialist CBT interventions, contribute to assessments, formulations, and deliver evidence-based psychological treatments for young people with eating disorders. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the post holder will develop formulation-driven understanding of clients' difficulties and needs.
Experience in working with eating disorders is beneficial, but transferable CBT skills are also valued. Support, guidance, and development opportunities will be provided within SEDS and the wider community.
