Role: AI Adoption Specialist
Location: London – 3-4 days per week in the office
Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: up to ÂŁ60,000

What you’ll be doing:
* Acting as the AI Adoption Specialist, championing AI adoption across the business and helping teams understand where automation can make the biggest difference ⚡
* Working with finance, HR, tech and other teams to identify practical use cases and support them through testing and rollout 🤝
* Mapping and improving manual processes, such as the contract workflow, where AI agents could generate, review and send documents for approval đź“„
* Building on existing tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot and early service agent trials
* Partnering closely with the Chief Transformation Officer while collaborating with the tech team on feasibility and implementation 🧩
* Helping build a culture that’s open to AI and confident using it day to day 🌱
Who we’re looking for:
* A recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years’ commercial experience 🎓
* Someone with exposure to AI - maybe in your current role or through hands-on personal projects 🔍
* Comfortable working with senior stakeholders, including the CEO, and able to translate ideas for different audiences đź‘Ą
* Personable, confident, and curious - someone who enjoys exploring new tools and helping others get value from them
* A solid understanding of technology, even if you’re still early in your career
