Moray Carer Support Service are currently recruiting a part time temporary Admin Assistant to support the team with administration duties and provide a welcoming reception to people who visit the service office base in their Elgin office.

Moray Carer Support service provides support to unpaid carers throughout moray.

We are looking for someone who shares Quarriers values and who can deliver continuous vital administrative support to staff and outreach support services.

This is a part time, temporary funded post offering 20 hours per week. Hours can be flexible and worked over 5 days. There may also be an opportunity to work additional hours subject to funding. This is an office based role.

What you will need to bring to the role

1. Ability to work as a team and provide excellent customer service.
2. It is essential you have excellent IT skills and experience using Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel, Word & Teams.
3. Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to build key working relationships with staff and carers we support.
5. Ability to work to strict deadlines in a timely manner while prioritising workloads.
6. Produce administrative reports and provide sound information to the wider team.
