We’re looking for a Product Compliance Specialist to support GMP activities across our Folkestone Manufacturing Plant and Kingsmead Warehouse. You’ll play a vital role in evaluating incoming components and packaging, ensuring finished products meet their specifications, and supporting quality processes for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and cosmetics.
What You’ll Do
1. Support a strong Quality culture within QA Ops and Production.
2. Inspect and evaluate components and packaging against approved specifications.
3. Release approved materials in SAP and maintain reference samples and artwork files.
4. Keep test methods and work instructions up to date.
5. Conduct sampling of incoming goods and label rejected pallets collaboratively with Warehouse teams.
6. Support Warehouse with quality issues during goods receipt.
7. Maintain the line complaint system and ensure timely follow‑ups.
8. Provide Certificates of Analysis when required.
9. Release finished product in line with GMP standards.
10. Investigate and close non‑conformances using Agile.
11. Maintain accurate TQM records and ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
12. Support GMP adherence through training, collaboration, and inspection.
13. Assist with investigations into cosmetic and medical device complaints.
14. Work cross‑functionally with Production, Planning, Marketing, and R&D.
15. Report monthly RFT metrics and KPIs and support continuous improvement.
16. Contribute to the site’s 5S programme.

Education & Experience
23. Experience in Quality Assurance within a regulated industry (Pharma, Medical Devices, FMCG) desirable but not essential.
24. Education in a science or engineering field.
25. Knowledge of ISO 22716 and/or ISO 13485 beneficial.

This role works Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm Monday – Thursday and 9am-4:30pm on a Friday
