Bletchingley/Hazelwood ward are seeking to appoint a Senior Sister/Ward Manager to join the team. Bletchingley/Hazelwood Ward primarily focuses on the care for patients who have had a Stroke.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a positive impact on ensuring the care for our patients on Bletchingley/Hazelwood ward is delivered in a person‑centred way, supporting all members of the MDT in managing both simple and complex patient pathways.
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, adaptable, forward‑thinking nurse who has experience in Acute Stroke Medicine. You will need excellent communication skills and the motivation to support and develop junior colleagues.
The post holder is expected to work autonomously and collaboratively, supporting the consistent delivery of evidence‑based, safe and effective nursing care, giving focus to safe‑guarding, patient flow standards and promoting patient experience.
