The Customer Service Representative / Bilingual CSR / ERP Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for managing customer interactions, processing orders through ERP systems, and providing exceptional support in both English and Spanish. The successful candidate will have experience using ERP platforms (Macola preferred), strong communication skills, and a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service.

* Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide product information and resolve inquiries
* Process and manage orders accurately using ERP systems (Macola preferred)
* Handle billing questions and troubleshoot issues to ensure customer satisfaction
* Recommend appropriate products or services based on customer needs
* Ensure all customer data and records are accurate and up to date
Customer Service Representative / Bilingual CSR / ERP Customer Support Specialist Requirements:
* Experience using ERP systems (Macola experience is a plus)
* Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
