Key Responsibilities:
* Provide efficient, high-quality food and beverage service to patients, visitors, and staff in the hospital.
* Assist in food preparation tasks, including light meals, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation and dining areas.
* Prepare and serve meals, ensuring a clean environment and operating dishwashing equipment.
* Communicate with patients about menu choices, dietary requests, and inform staff of patients' meal intake or refusals.
* Participate in audit processes, maintain stock levels, and ensure sale items are visible and replenished.
Ideal Candidate:
* Friendly, adaptable, polite, and caring.
* Experience in a similar role or customer care background, with a basic food hygiene certificate preferred.
* Committed to providing high standards of safe and effective patient care.
