The Role
As a member of the Customer Support Team, you will handle reactive and proactive customer activities. You will be the primary contact via telephone and email for support queries. The role requires working in a team with excellent interpersonal skills. The successful candidate must be in the Wembley office 5 days a week.
Responsibilities
* Monitor and respond to helpdesk requests promptly, triaging and allocating tickets
* Manage the technical support mailbox, create support tickets, and handle them effectively
* Provide technical support for hardware, software, and systems issues via email or phone, registering tickets as needed
* Assist in scheduling engineers for customer site visits
* Handle basic administrative tasks, such as booking hotels
* Report recurring problems to the tier-2 support team and gather feedback for troubleshooting or FAQ development
* Assist in preparing devices for shipment and arranging collections from engineers
The Person
* This may be your first role, but you should have an interest in developing a career in Customer Support or Customer Success within a tech company
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
* Good computer skills with troubleshooting ability
* Proficiency in various software applications
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
* Attention to detail
