CHEF DE PARTIE NEEDED! We are seeking a strong and motivated Chef de Partie (CDP) with restaurant and events background. You will be part of a talented brigade of 15 chefs, working across both the Members restaurant and Events kitchen. Your role will involve delivering high-quality service for members and private dining guests, as well as catering for conferences, receptions, and formal events. This is an exciting opportunity with room for development within the company.
Location: London
Salary: £32,130 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week (predominantly Monday to Friday, with some weekend work)
Overtime: Paid overtime
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering menus including fork buffets, working lunches, canape receptions, bowl food, and formal plated lunches and dinners
* Ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation
* Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth service and efficient kitchen operations
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, following all hygiene and health & safety regulations
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role within a reputable hospitality establishment
* Ability to work well under pressure, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills
* Team player with a passion for learning and developing skills
* Adaptable, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong knowledge of food safety, health, and hygiene standards
