We are currently seeking a skilled Heat Treatment Operator to join a leading manufacturer in Redditch. This is a permanent opportunity offering excellent training, development, and a supportive working environment.
Role Responsibilities
* Operating heat treatment furnaces and associated equipment.
* Loading and unloading components safely and efficiently.
* Following detailed work instructions, process sheets, and quality procedures.
* Monitoring temperature cycles, recording process data, and reporting anomalies.
* Supporting general manufacturing operations when required.
* Maintaining a clean, safe working area and adhering to health & safety guidelines.
What Were Looking For
* Previous experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
* Understanding of heat treatment or metal processing advantageous (training provided).
* Ability to read and follow written and diagrammatic instructions.
* A strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
* Flexibility and willingness to support across the team.
