Overview
Fugro have an exciting opportunity to join one of our key service lines, Marine Inspection and Monitoring (MIM) team situated in the Bridge of Don, Aberdeen. In this role, you’ll provide day to day support to the engineering department. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our projects run smoothly and will have the opportunity to shape how the team delivers and progresses, continually improving ways of working.
Responsibilities
* Processing and administration of all aspects of Sales Invoicing within the department to agreed timescales as defined by the business.
* Monitor payments due, perform routine follow-ups with clients, and report all outcomes.
* Travel booking and administration.
* Visa and work permits – research and administer according to business requirements.
* Suppliers/contractors – sourcing cost-effective suppliers and raising Purchase Orders.
* Meeting coordination, including lunch arrangements and team events.
* Training and medical administration.
Qualifications
* Experience working in a similar role.
* Ability to work independently.
* Ability to manage and schedule own activities to ensure deadlines are met.
* Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues, clients and suppliers to achieve required delivery dates.
