Job Description This role involves providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to private client solicitors. Key Job Duties Prepare, format and proofread legal documentation including wills, probate papers, trusts, powers of attorney, and correspondence. Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including telephone calls, emails and post, ensuring timely and appropriate responses. Maintain and update client files and records accurately in accordance with firm policies and legal regulations. Schedule and manage appointments, meetings and court dates for solicitors, ensuring efficient diary management.
