We are looking for a passionate and committed Deputy Children’s Home Manager to join our growing organisation and support the delivery of outstanding care to young people.

About the Role

As a Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to support the day-to-day running of the home. You will play a key role in leading the team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring the best possible care for young people.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Supporting and supervising staff teams
* Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards
* Promoting a safe, structured, and child-focused environment
* Contributing to care planning and development of young people
* Deputising in the absence of the Registered Manager
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential childcare
* At least 1 year of experience supervising staff
* Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
* Level 3 in Residential Childcare (required)
* Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or willingness to work towards)
* Full UK driving licence (preferred)
