Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Transporter Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in driving and delivery of vehicles, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation. This role requires excellent communication skills and a good understanding of vehicle loading and strapping.
Responsibilities
* Operate vehicle winch occasionally.
* Ensure timely delivery while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
* Conduct Daily walk around and report defects accordingly.
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries (POC/POD), this includes taking damage photos.
* Communicate effectively with Office staff regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.

Qualifications
* Valid driving licence up to 7.5T with a clean driving record is essential.
* Previous experience loading/unloading vehicles is desirable.
* Experience jump starting and winching vehicles is an advantage
* Experience working with loading straps is preferred but full training will be given
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
* Be able to understand working time and driving hours on a tachograph.
* Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while on the road.
