Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and insurers.
* Provide expert advice on a wide range of commercial insurance products.
* Negotiate terms and place business with insurers to achieve the best outcome for clients.
* Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business enquiries.
* Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Broker, ideally within an independent brokerage.
* Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial insurance products.
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
* Confident negotiator with insurers and clients alike.
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Cert CII qualification (or working towards) preferred.
