Are you someone who thrives behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs like clockwork? As an Accounts Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping the financial processes smooth, accurate, and on schedule. It may not always be front and centre, but your work will be critical to keeping things moving.
In this role, you'll handle the day-to-day of accounts payable across multiple entities from processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, to supporting both internal teams and external partners. If you enjoy structured tasks with a bit of variety, this could be the perfect fit.
What you'll be doing:
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account statements
* Setting up payment plans and standing orders
* Chasing outstanding invoices and following up on missing paperwork
* Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to gather key information
* Coordinating with debt recovery teams to ensure timely resolution
* Assisting with bank reconciliations and downloading financial statements as required
What do you need?
* At least 1 year of experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role
* A solid understanding of financial documents like invoices and statements
* Strong attention to detail with a calm and organised working style
* Ability to manage workload effectively, even during busy periods
* Confident communicator, comfortable picking up the phone when needed
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
