Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction, property development, or a related industry
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with suppliers, contractors, and team members
* Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain tidy, accurate records
* Self-motivated and proactive approach with the ability to work independently and manage own workload effectively
* Demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks from start to completion without constant supervision
* Confident in chasing responses and following up persistently with both internal team members and external parties
* Experience obtaining and comparing quotations from multiple suppliers and contractors
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or equivalent software
* Strong diary management and meeting coordination skills
* Ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Requirements:
* Knowledge of construction materials and terminology
* Experience with procurement or supply chain coordination
* Understanding of construction phases and project timelines
* Experience with construction preparation activities such as arranging utility connections, property address registration, applying for council street permits, and other pre-construction requirements
