Registered Mental Health (RMN) / Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)
We are looking for a Registered Mental Health (RMN) / Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) with a passion for delivering the best quality of care. You will be expected to work 38.5 hours per week, including day and night shifts on a rota basis (shift times: 8:00am to 8:15pm; 8:00pm to 8:15am) at Cygnet Hospital Woking.

Cygnet Hospital Woking, rated Good by CQC, offers a range of secure mental health services for men and women, including an acute service. Our sister hospital, Cygnet Lodge Woking, provides a high dependency inpatient rehabilitation service and additional acute services for men. For more information, visit here.

Job responsibilities
* Produce outstanding written reports based on nursing assessments and observations.
* Work closely with the management team to develop the service, conduct audits, and improve quality.
* Attend all training sessions and engage in CPD to enhance knowledge and promote nursing standards.
* Ensure individual care plans are complete and maintained collaboratively with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals, following NMC guidelines.
* Administer medicines according to healthcare procedures and Healthcare Commission guidelines.

The ideal candidate
An experienced RMN/RNLD with a current Pin Number, you will have:
* The ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity.
* A good understanding of the latest nursing practices.
* A commitment to patient recovery to effectively monitor, manage, and reduce risk.
* Compassion, resilience, and dedication to empowering and supporting service user independence.
* The ability to deputise in a clinical lead role.
* An interest in leadership, research, and assessment.
