This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a very hands on - driven Assistant Restaurant Manager who is eager to progress in one of the quickest expanding brands in the UK.

Previous experience in Customer Service / Management / QSR industry is preferred.
Candidates must be able to quickly adapt to the work environment and also work effectively as part of the new Management Team to co-ordinate a team of 40+ team members to deliver on all KPIs ensuring all stringent Food Safety / Health and Safety measures are consistently executed with unrivalled restaurant cleanliness and customer hospitality.

Responsibilities and Duties
Drive / Coach / Support all Team Members on a shift by shift basis whilst ensuring your restaurant is operating to its full potential - whilst delivering year on year sales growth.
All roles must deliver stringent Food safety / Health safety measures / unrivalled restaurant cleanliness with fantastic customer service and build on a famous culture on a day by bay basis.
