A Hillingodn based Primary School with an esteemed educational institution committed to providing quality education, is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated ECT Primary Teacher to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to kick-start their teaching career and make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.
Responsibilities - ECT Primary Teacher
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in accordance with the national curriculum, catering to the needs of diverse learners.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and student engagement.
* Provide effective assessment and feedback to monitor students' progress and support their individual development.
* Collaborate with fellow teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for all students.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to students' academic performance and overall well-being.
* Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay abreast of educational trends.
Requirements- ECT Primary Teacher
* A recognised teaching qualification and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in primary education.
* Newly qualified teachers are encouraged to apply; however, experienced ECTs are also welcome.
* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and an ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
* Excellent classroom management skills, fostering a positive learning environment.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues, students, and parents.
* Dedication to continuous professional development and a passion for lifelong learning.
