Pay Rate: $17.12+ / hour DOE

Your Responsibilities
As a Dietary Aide, you will:
* Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
* Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
* Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
* Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
* Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
* Perform any other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
* Previous experience in food service or a kitchen environment (preferred but not required).
* The ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
* A positive attitude and effective communication skills.
* Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
* The physical ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds and push/pull up to 50 pounds, as well as stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
* A current ServSafe or Food Handler certification (required based on State/County law).
* Residency within the service area.
