Join us a Programme & Planning Specialist and sit at the heart of our planned maintenance and investments works. You’ll turn strategy into clear, deliverable programmes, helping teams stay aligned and supporting safe, timely delivery. Key Responsibilities* Develop robust investment programmes informed by contractor construction plans, with attention to key enabling works such as design, asbestos surveys, and resident consultation* Create comprehensive, integrated project plans to track and guide delivery against defined milestones* Support Contract Managers with project performance insights, resource planning and early identification of delivery risks* Facilitate programme updates through regular site visits and contract meetings, reflecting accurate progress and timelines* Monitor and guide change control processes to ensure programmes are accurately maintained and approved updates are captured* Champion risk management by developing and maintaining project risk and issue logs, helping teams manage mitigation strategies* Provide clear reporting for internal stakeholders including the Head of Investment and Commercial Manager, offering visibility on progress, risks, and key metrics* Coordinate inputs from multiple internal teams and external contractors, ensuring programmes reflect all requirements and remain aligned with delivery milestones* Support portfolio management activities by contributing to programme-level performance data, change tracking, and quality assurance reviewsMore About You* Holds a minimum of an HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in a Construction related field* Brings at least 2 years’ experience in a programme/project planning role, ideally within construction, housing, or property investment* Confident using project planning tools such as Asta, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Monday.* Strong ability to develop and manage detailed programmes, including identifying critical paths and resource dependencies* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Able to engage a range of stakeholders and influence positive outcomes* Solid understanding of risk, change control and performance management across complex project environments* Strong numeracy skills and confident in interpreting and analysing data to inform programme updates* Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident learning new systems and digital toolsWhy A2Dominion?
