Sanderson is working in partnership with a major Client in the UK. We are currently recruiting for Social Media Content Specialist to be Southampton based out.
Job Title= Social Media Content Specialist
Location = Southampton, once a week in office
Duration= Till end of this year,
IR35 Status: Inside
Role:
* Plan and schedule social media content across platforms (primarily Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
* Create and publish platform-appropriate content (video, imagery), ensuring alignment with brand tone, campaign calendars and business priorities.
* Source, brief and manage content from influencers and internal stakeholders (eg store colleagues or staff ambassadors).
* Spot and respond to trends, proposing reactive or agile content ideas.
* Optimise content for impressions and engagement through use of platform insights, tagging, formats and scheduling tools.
* Track and report on content performance monthly, surfacing key learnings and ideas for improvement.
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, PR, performance media, customer service) to ensure society is integrated with wider activity.
