Wakefield & Pontefract Town Halls | Flexible Hours | Two Roles Available
Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences? We're looking for two enthusiastic Ceremonies Hosts to join our friendly team at Wakefield Council's Registration & Celebratory Services.
This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences for couples and their guests attending Marriages, Civil Partnerships, and other celebratory ceremonies.
Whether you're available weekends only or looking for a midweek + weekend role, we have an opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do:
* Welcome couples and guests to their special day with warmth and professionalism.
* Coordinate arrivals and departures, ensuring ceremonies run smoothly.
* Deliver exceptional customer service in our beautiful Town Hall venues.
What You’ll Bring:
* A passion for people and great customer service.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Willingness to train in First Aid and Evac Chair use.

Flexible Working:
* Role 1: Weekends only
* Role 2: Midweek and weekends
Ceremonies are seasonal and subject to service demand, which means the number of working days and hours will fluctuate. For details of the working hours, please refer to the Addendum to Contract.
