HC-One is looking for a Chef with the following qualifications:
* S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery
* Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
* Understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)

About You
You should be organized, able to meet service times, and thrive on autonomy in planning and following recipes precisely. A passion for food and understanding the importance of quality, home-cooked meals for Residents is essential. You will communicate considerately and kindly with Residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding
All staff must recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond appropriately. Safeguarding training is mandatory, and staff should be able to seek advice and escalate concerns when necessary.
