My client, a boutique and high-end jewellers, are looking to hire a polished and enthusiastic Office Assistant to join them on a full time, perm basis. Role: Office Assistant Salary: £28,000 per annum When: Monday - Friday / fully office based Location: Central London What you'll do: Maintain and manage the Directors calendar, including meetings, calls, appointments, and deadlines Plan and organise travel itineraries for on-the-road sales trips, including transportation and accommodation Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings Meet and greet customers and clients coming into the showroom Keep the office and showroom well-organised, maintain filing systems (physical and digital), and ensure smooth day-to-day operations Handle general administrative duties such as drafting correspondence, managing documents, and processing paperwork Track sales leads, client follow-ups, and action items to ensure timely communication and completion Serve as the point of contact between the Sales Manager, Director and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality Help with deliveries in and around London when needed (travel costs will be paid back to you) What's needed: Proven experience within an administrative role Polished and professional attitude Strong written and verbal English skills Confident in multi-tasking and prioritising tasks Trustworthy REF: HNW146279 Tiger is B Corp Certified.
