Experienced in residential property sales within Estate Agency and looking to reclaim your weekends?
We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a growing and ambitious property sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional who enjoys building relationships, negotiating deals, and delivering exceptional customer service, without the requirement of weekend working.
Working within a supportive and expanding business, you'll play a key role in managing residential property sales, guiding transactions from instruction through to agreement while building strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and industry professionals.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
1. Manage residential property sales and negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and vendors
2. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
3. Act as a key point of contact for vendors, buyers, estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders
4. Complete AML checks and ensure compliance procedures are followed
5. Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and prepare relevant sales documentation
6. Work closely with the Sales Progression team to ensure smooth transactions
7. Build and maintain strong professional relationships to support business growth
Sales Negotiator Requirements
8. Previous experience within estate agency or residential property sales
9. Strong communication and negotiation skills
10. Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities
11. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
12. Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
13. Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
14. Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude
