Schools in Nottingham and GSL Education are seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive setting, working closely with learners who need guidance, structure, and encouragement. The Role: Provide targeted behaviour support and promote positive engagement Build strong, trusting relationships with learners Implement behaviour strategies and support plans effectively Work collaboratively with staff to maintain a calm, inclusive environment What You’ll Bring: Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar support role Strong communication skills and a calm, consistent approach The ability to manage challenging situations positively Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) This role offers the chance for a motivated Behaviour Mentor to make a lasting difference.
