The Restaurant:

4. Structured 48-hour contract (work-life balance prioritised)
The Ideal Head Chef:
5. Proven experience inbusy branded/group restaurants
6. Strong leadership skills – can train, motivate, and elevate a brigade
7. Hands-on approach withhigh-volume serviceexpertise
8. Knowledge of BOH admin (GP, ordering, rotas)
9. Passion for modern European flavours and premium standards
