The Restaurant:

The Ideal Head Chef:
* Proven experience inbusy branded/group restaurants
* Strong leadership skills – can train, motivate, and elevate a brigade
* Hands-on approach withhigh-volume serviceexpertise
* Knowledge of BOH admin (GP, ordering, rotas)
* Passion for modern European flavours and premium standards
