Description A Senior HR Advisor to: Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees. Manage employee relations matters, including handling grievances and disciplinary processes. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices in the Human Resources department. Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes. Oversee performance management and staff development initiatives. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality. Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and projects. Provide support and advice on organisational change and restructuring initiatives. Profile A successful Senior HR Advisor should have: Experience within education highly desired. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Proven experience in handling employee relations matters. Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
