Overview
The Data Analyst will play a critical role within the Logistics Control Tower by analysing forecasts, delivery schedules, and site data to provide actionable insights. This role ensures that logistics decisions are data-driven and supports performance monitoring, risk identification, and continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing
* Collect, clean, and analyse logistics data from the Delivery Management System (DMS), contractors and site operations.
* Maintain and update trackers for forecasts, abnormal loads, storage capacity, and delivery performance.
* Produce regular dashboards and reports for the Logistics Control Tower and senior project leadership.
* Identify trends, risks, and bottlenecks in logistics operations, providing recommendations for action.
* Support scenario modelling to test logistics strategies and resource allocation.
* Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple inputs from contractors and site teams.
* Assist in the development and rollout of digital tools, reporting systems, and visual dashboards.
* Collaborate with the Control Tower Manager, Coordinators, and Construction Logistics Managers to provide data insights.

Knowledge & Skills
* Experience as a data analyst within logistics, supply chain, or large-scale construction projects.
* Strong skills in Excel, databases, and ideally dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
* Understanding of logistics processes such as forecasting, scheduling, and capacity management.
* Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
* Attention to detail with strong data management and reporting discipline.

* Strong communicator, able to present complex data simply.
* Collaborative, working closely with both technical and operational teams.
