Service Support Planner
Working for a leading manufacturer and installer of a wide range of automatic door systems, shop fronts, and associated equipment.
Our service division is dedicated entirely to providing reactive and planned maintenance of all types of automatic doors, manual pedestrian doors, emergency exit hardware, roller shutters, and all types of industrial doors.
Duties:
1. Responsible for the preparation of quotes.
2. Support of the service team in planning routine service requests, as well as responding to emergency maintenance requests.
3. Handle breakdown calls and schedule work for the technicians.
4. Serve as a liaison between customers and suppliers.
5. Monitor the timekeeping, workload, and productivity of the engineers.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience of scheduling engineers in a similar role would be beneficial.
2. A clear focus on customers' needs and expectations is essential, as you will be expected to have sound knowledge of manual, automatic, and industrial door systems.
3. Previous planning experience.
4. Have a sales-focused approach to business and be able to demonstrate where you have worked to targets.
