Our clients who operate this premium Country hotel & fine dining restaurant, commutable to Newcastle, are recruiting a restaurant manager to oversee the day to day running of the stunning restaurant, heading up a team of talented team food and beverage staff, and reporting into the Hotel General manager, this would suit an assistant operations manager or a larger restaurant manager.
As Food & Beverage Manager you will:
* Have a friendly yet professional persona
* Experience working in a multi outlet operation
* Experience working in a rosette standard restaurant
* Experience working in a 5 star hotel
* Be a strong leader, being able to enthuse those around you
* Be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front of house team
* Controlling the staff management and training along with ordering and stock control.
* Have the ability to self-manage and the ability to adapt and improvise to changing situations.
* Means of transport due to location
