As the Implementation Manager, EMEA you will be responsible for assisting the Implementation Lead, EMEA in managing the day to day activities for implementation projects in the EMEA region. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery for new implementations including:
* assisting with configuration gathering requirements and managing configuration related customer weekly meetings
* leading system end to end testing and customer end user acceptance testing process
* assisting with GxP validation activities
* running end user training sessions (in-person & remotely)
Other activities include customer expansions, data migrations, and system integrations.
You will have to manage internal dependencies, customer contingencies, and competing priorities to ensure customer satisfaction and drive early adoption of Vodori. You will navigate projects with varying degrees of complexity and customer size, from SMB to enterprise.
The Implementation Manager, EMEA ensures that regional-specific requirements are met, while aligning with global standards to drive consistency, efficiency, and customer success. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of professional services delivery within a modern SaaS company and highly motivated self-starter with a strong can-do attitude.
This position is on the Professional Services team and reports to the Implementation Lead, EMEA.

You may be if you have:
* 3-4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, consulting, training, customer success or professional services including tech support/testing etc., with experience in managing complex technical delivery or implementation projects.
* Experience working with EMEA-based customers, with an understanding of global and regional business models and strong understanding of regional regulatory requirements and considerations.
* Strong project management skills, balancing competing priorities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Customer success orientated. Ability to host meetings with multiple stakeholders from multiple countries juggling multiple stakeholders with competing interests and priorities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills. Multilingual, at least one or two other languages in addition to English preferable.
* Ability to advocate for regional needs while ensuring adherence to global implementation standards.
* Experience with with life science companies or SaaS solutions, especially MLR/content management/authoring solutions for life science industry
* Proficiency in common PS/CS tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, Zendesk, HubSpot, and ChurnZero.
* Experience with data migration, business process optimization, and enterprise content management (preferred).
* Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and proficiency in project management.
You must also be able to:
* Assist with implementation projects in the EMEA region, ensuring timely and successful customer onboarding.
* Act as a trusted advisor to customers both at HQ as well as affiliate level, translating business requirements into best-practice product configurations.
* Follow EMEA-specific implementation standards while ensuring alignment with global processes.
* Technical/Customer advisor on system features that support the EMEA regulatory landscape requirements
* Develop requirements for customer-specific Analytics Dashboards and reports
* Develop training plans and deliver customer-facing training sessions
* With the support of the Implementation Lead, EMEA, you may be asked to:
*
o Provide support for EMEA customer RFPs to help build tailored implementation approaches to new (*and existing) customers
o Support sales with implementation planning specific questions
o Advocate for regional customer needs within the global process, to support EMEA customers while upholding the global implementation standards.

The pay range for this role is:
£55,000 – £70,000 per year (Remote (United Kingdom))
